Message Diana with your location, items, approximate number of loads and the date you need everything back. For ongoing needs, include how often you expect to use the service.
Drop off and collect at the laundromat from 08:00 to 23:00 every day. Standard collection and delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–15:00. Confirm your address and arrangements when booking.
We handle the washing, drying and folding. For delivered orders, we send an itemised bill and online payment link when everything is ready. Payment is required before delivery.

Our handling charge includes folding. Washing and drying are paid separately. Two washing loads mean two €8 service charges.
Washing: €5 up to 10 kg, €6 up to 12 kg or €8 up to 16 kg.
Drying: €1 per 8 minutes up to 15 kg, or €1.50 per 8 minutes up to 20 kg. The time needed depends on the fabric and thickness.
Collection and delivery: €25 total, in addition to laundry costs. All prices include IVA.
Plan around your next arrival
Standard turnaround is up to 72 hours. Choose 48 hours for an additional €25 or 24-hour express for an additional €50. These options also apply to laundry you drop off.
Collection or delivery outside normal hours or at weekends adds €30. Urgent collection/delivery within 2 hours of your call adds €30 once per order. Both supplements apply together when relevant: €60 extra.
Before your first order
We separate colours and towels from other items unless you ask us not to. Each separate washing load carries its own washing price and €8 service charge.
Detergent, softener and active oxygen are included and dispensed automatically. No extra chemicals may be added to the machines.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept pet laundry or blood-stained items. Follow each item’s care instructions and ask us about anything needing specialist treatment.
Need ironing or dry cleaning?
Ironing is available from €39 for up to 10 items. Dry cleaning is available on request through an external specialist. Ask Diana about your items and the arrangements.
